Dorothy “Dot” Necker and her daughter, Dee Kearney, pose at the Necker home. The owners of Dot’s Hallmark are selling the inventory of their store and hope to find a buyer for their business after more than 50 years in downtown DeWitt. “My ultimate dream would be for it to continue as a Hallmark store,” Kearney said. “I think there is a need for it.
