Thanks to funding from the Iowa Heart Foundation and Farm Credit Services of America in DeWitt, Kids’ Business Early Childhood Center recently bought an automated external defibrillator. Posing with the AED are (from left) Gary Friedman, financial officer with FCSAmerica; Jim Clark, board president for Kids’ Business; Michelle Martens, vice president; Shelly McDermott, insurance officer at FCSAmerica; and Tricia Ludrof, director of Kids’ Business. FCSAmerica has grant money available to impact agriculture education, young and beginning producers, hunger and nutrition, and essential services/disaster relief needs.
