ON THE ROAD: DeWitt Mayor Don Thiltgen talks to members of the Iowa Lincoln Highway Association, who came through DeWitt Friday morning. The group was taking its 2016 motor tour of the highway. They parked at Lincoln Park, their cars identified with the Lincoln Highway budget, for the greeting by local officials.
